“ದಸರಾ ಸಂಭ್ರಮ” : ನಾಡು ಕಂಡ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠ ಕವಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ, ಬಿ. ಆರ್ .ಲಕ್ಷಣರಾವ್ ಒಬ್ಬರು. ಇವರು ಬರೆದ ಕವನಗಳಿಗೆ ನಾಡಿನ ಹೆಸರಾಂತ ಸಂಗೀತ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರಾದ ಸಿ.ಅಶ್ವಥ್, ಮೈಸೂರು ಅನಂತಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಇನ್ನಿತರರು ಸ್ವರ ಸಂಯೋಜನೆ ಮಾಡಿ, ಹಾಡಿ ಜನಪ್ರಿಯಗಳೊಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. 2018 ರ ದಸರಾ ಹಬ್ಬವನ್ನು ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ ಆಚರಿಸುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ, ಆರೋಹಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು 2018, ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್ ತಿಂಗಳ 17 ರಂದು, ಬಿ. ಆರ್ .ಲಕ್ಷಣರಾವ್ ರಚಿಸಿರುವ ಗೀತೆಗಳನ್ನು, ಅವರ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಹಾಡಿ, ಗೌರವ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿತು. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಬ್ರೈಟ್ ಸಭಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯಿತು.
“Dasara Sambhrama” : B.R. Lakshman Rao is one of the finest poets of recent times. His poems have been used in musical renditions by C. Ashwath, Mysuru Anantha swamy and many others. As a part of 2018 Dasara celebrations, “Aarohana” organized “Dasara Sambhrama” a musical event at Bright Academy Hall on 2018, October 17, where B.R. Lakshman Rao were present and team sung his penned songs.
